About this deal

Be mindful of your surroundings – in the chaos of a Nerf vs X Shot battle, it's all too easy to lose sight of trip hazards and other dangers. Be mindful of what's around you during play, and take care to remove as many hazards as possible before you start. The Regenerator comes with 48 darts, which is more than double what the two clips will hold. With the help of the additional dart storage attachments, you can store another 10 on the blaster itself for easy access. While all the toy dart blasters on list are referred to as either Nerf Miniguns or Gatling guns, this is the only true Nerf Gatling gun I could find. This is definitely not name brand, but this ArtCreativity Gatling dart blaster is very cool with the actual crank-style firing system. If you are not familiar with the XShot name, they are a solid Nerf alternative brand that has been making some solid dart blasters.

If you prefer an automatic minigun over having to pump, this is a solid choice. However, this blaster does not function without the 6 AA batteries. Don't aim for the head – even if you're wearing protection over your eyes, it can still be quite uncomfortable to get hit by a foam dart around sensitive spots such as your ears or mouth, and your opponents won't thank you for it. Aiming for the torso is the best way to avoid spoiling play, and gives you the best chance of landing a hit. Though they will cost more, I will always recommend something in the Nerf Rival series as the best out now. There are few that hold hundred of rounds and are much easier to load with the hoppers on top. They made a name for themselves over the years by producing some fun toy dart blasters. Over the last 5 years or so, X-Shot has grown to be one of the most notable competing Nerf brands. While some may prefer a fully auto blaster, the Crusher can still unleash about 4 darts per second with slam fire. Each shot causes the barrels to rotate and holding the trigger while pumping the top handle makes it fire continuously.

This blaster has a double-sized barrel, and you alternate between shooting either the outer or inner row of darts with the switch.Holding the largest Nerf drum made, this 50-dart spammer, is one of the biggest nerf guns ever released. Along with the drum, 50 darts are included to fill it up. When looking for a dart blaster with good ammo capacity for a fair price, this one is hard to beat. Having higher ammo capacity is also very fun, letting you enjoy firing the blaster a bit longer and avoid having to reload every few shots. With the exception of the Titan CS-50, these all are budget-friendly as well. Their ammo capacity is the same but you can get a lot crazier with the extra ammo clips and variations on the X-Shot version.

Knowing that this 7 yr. old's twin brother was similarly armed, I thought it prudent to make sure I had a means of defending myself (and carry out the odd preemptive strike every now and then,) so I armed myself with the Crusher. The closest Nerf blasters that you can compare it with are the Nerf Rival Atlas and the newer Nerf Rival Forerunner. It also includes 16 darts, so you get a few more than what it can hold. With most dart blasters performing about the same it is always nice to be able to fire a bit longer. Who Should Buy The Excel Xcess They're based in convenient locations including supermarkets, newsagents and train stations. Plus they're often open late and on Sundays. If you haven’t heard of them, X-Shot is a brand of Nerf-style foam dart guns that is owned by the Zuru toy company.
