About this deal

Bot modes. I think Legacy edges it, but going by size I can see why people would find that hard to believe. Yes, Legacy is smaller, but the plastic is far more solid. He feels like a wall compared to Legends, which dues to his design and transformation always felt a little lighter than he should to me. Close one and I can see people landing on either side but for me it’s legacy.

In Jet mode, Pretty Good Jet. If you only focus the top part and ignore the tank parts, I guess there's nothing against it. hell, no way around it. You know what.? Blitzwing is a muthaf**** war machine, let go big or go home. let’s own that massive jet mode” After the defeat of the Autobots, Blitzwing praised Starscream as the obvious choice for Decepticon leadership, threatening to crush anyone crazy enough to suggest otherwise...or, at least, the imagined version in Starscream's dream did. The real Blitzwing was none too pleased about Starscream falling asleep in the middle of the Decepticons' staff meeting. Starscream's Fantasy My biggest complaint is the hulk hands. They are quite useless and any extra that could be spent on the main figure I'm always for. Robot mode is great, tank mode is very strong, jet mode in hand (IMHO) looks better than pictures make it out to be. Yes, it can be awful from certain angles and it's far and away the weakest mode, but there are plenty of bad jets out there that don't have an extra mode either; it's always strange the way people can shred planes for having underside kibble when cars that have the entire robot clearly hiding under the alt mode shell get a pass. Now, that's not to say I love the jet mode or think it's great, far from it, just that some of the complaints feel a bit much.Prime 1 Studio Museum Masterline Blitzwing is a huge non-transforming sculpture. The statue is made of polystone along with other materials and features light-up LED eyes. As the Decepticon armies stood ready to invade Cybertron, two of Blitzwing's personalities were keen to get to bashing Autobots. The third just wanted to do the Decepticon victory dance. Transformers Animated: The Game Like the others of his body type seen on Cybertron (with the exception of Starscream) Blitzwing has an apparatus resembling a flight helmet's oxygen mask on his face. While it was assumed this was simply the design of his mouth region, a more conventional mouth underneath can be seen when Bumblebee stabs him through the shoulder (00:09:27 on the Blu-ray). Quite Posable. However, the shoulders be warned. There are some flaps on the front of the shoulders that may need to be moved when lifting the arms.

In 1964, Blitzwing reunited with Bumblebee in London and eagerly began exacting his revenge. Unable to match the Triple Changer's strength, Bumblebee was forced to detonate a gas main and flee underground. The encounter with his thought-dead foe led to Bumblebee erroneously believing that Blitzwing was in charge of the Decepticon forces on Earth, only realizing his error when Blitzwing appeared among Malignus's troops. Energon Is Forever Much like other 3A figures, Blitzwing comes with light-up eyes that can be activated using two LR-44 batteries. The Battle at Half Dome has Soundwave mentioning that he made a bet with Blitzwing to see which of them could reduce a human into at least one kilounit of water; considering this, it's possible that Blitzwing was a crew member of the Nemesis. His "Hothead" personality speaks with a "rude" American accent and spouts English words and phrases such as "Hey!", "Now" and often ends sentences with "Man!"

The third Studio Series Starscream looks very much like Blitzwing and features similar engineering, but shares little to nothing in the way of parts, though his head was used for Thrust in the same line. I'm liking this more and more as I keep transforming it. Once I got how to position the arms down pat it's a really nice transformation. Now, if you extend the tank cannon and face it forward, it somehow improves the overall aesthetic....not by much, but at least it makes sense to have a weapon below to add some dangerous element to this flying whopper. A very simplified (but well painted!) version of Blitzwing that has abandoned his triple changer aspect for simplicity's sake. Although this toy sports Blitzwing's "Icy" face, he transforms into "Hothead"'s tank mode.

He comes with a null-ray blaster which can replace his right hand. The exclusive version also comes with the Electron Spike Blade which can replace his left hand. Blitzwing's head sits on a double joint and the head is cut in a way so it can shift upwards for some flying pose. If I were to rate Blitz in a scale from 1- 10, he gets a solid 7.5. He's going to look great standing with his fellow Decepticon warriors. I'll be more likely to switch him to tank mode before jet mode. The bot mode saves this toy so much, as he's the best rendition of the character. The name or term "Blitzwing" refers to more than one character or idea. For a list of other meanings, see Blitzwing (disambiguation). This TRANSFORMERS: LEGACY 5.5-inch DELUXE ELITA-1 robot toy is inspired by the animated series, The Transformers, updated with a Generations-style design. ELITA-1 bravely leads the resistance forces, standing fearless in the face of danger! The action figure converts from robot to Cybertronian car mode in 14 steps and comes with 2 Energon rifle accessories that attach in both modes.
