This is the second episode where Swiper does not say his "Oh, man" or "You're too late" phrases after Whose Birthday is It?. After Map explains to the viewer about how to get to the Lost City and mentions about star catching, he does not say "So you tell Dora" like all other season 2 episodes, he instead says "so remember". However, he also says that in Whose Birthday is It?. The other 25 episodes of Season 2 have him saying "So you tell Dora". Since this is the first episode featuring the Explorer Stars and star-catching (and thus the first produced episode of Season 3), then this took place after Star Catcher (the third produced).
